Beginning in January 2016, the Oklahoma United Methodist Board of Pension and Health Benefits and Wellness Committee will offer an incentive credit of $10.00 per month for participants who are enrolled in Oklahoma UMC Medical Benefit Plan.
You will be receiving the Inspire activity tracker by Walkingspree!
Unlike traditional pedometers, the Inspire is an Activity Tracker-you can wear this device in a variety of ways.
Wear it on your wrist, or in your pocket, or belt clip.� You can carry it in your purse or clipped to you sock or boot.� It can even be worn as a pendant.� It will calculate your step activity accurately using “tri-axis” technology. It uploads wirelessly through your PC with the syncing software and a blue tooth dongle installed.� You can also upload through your iPhone or iPad by installing the Inspire app.� Your Inspire features a rechargeable battery.� You will recharge it with the provided USB cable every 5-7 days depending on your activity level. Each Inspire is packaged with your personal Inspire Activity Tracker, a USB cable, a USB dongle, a wristband, a belt clip, a lanyard and a user manual.� Your Inspire Activity Tracker will display time and date and battery status, daily step total, daily calories burned, daily distance walked, daily total of activity minutes achieved, percent achieved for your daily personal step goal and the percent achieved of the program goal.� Your Inspire is moisture resistant, but not waterproof. Do not wear your Inspire during activities when it might get wet.
If you own a Fitbit device you can use this for the OKUMC Amazing Pace program.� You will still need to register for the Oklahoma Conference Amazing Pace and you also will need to be eligible through the Oklahoma Conference Health plan.
Starting January 2016 - eligible participants in the OKUMC Health Plan will earn a $10 per month credit on their insurance premium by registering and participating in the Amazing Pace.
I am not fit, so I don’t think I could qualify for the walking program. Is there an alternative?
The Oklahoma Conference Wellness Committee and Health Benefit Plan is promoting wellness and you are encouraged to register in the program and participate. There is no minimum requirement for activity. By joining you will be joining others in the Oklahoma UMC Conference in a program that promotes a wellness community and additionally you will receive regular wellness oriented and along with interesting healthy communications throughout your participation. As always consult your physician before participating in any new activity programming.�
How do I log into the website after I have received my Inspire and activated my account?
You can login at � http://members.walkingspree.com/login/ampaceok
Can I upload my INSPIRE at home?
Yes. You can upload it on any computer that is running the Inspire syncing software and if it has the Bluetooth dongle connected.� You can also upload your activity with the iPhone app. You can find the software for your home computer at your Amazing Pace Walkingspree website. Just login into your account and click on the HELP link in the green navigation bar.
What software and system do I need to upload my Inspire?
The Inspire is compatible with PC's. It will work on Windows XP (Service Pack 3), Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. The iPhone App is compatible with iPhone 4S and above.
Will any of my personal information be shared?
The Amazing Pace and Walkingspree will not share any personal information with outside vendors and complies with all HIPAA Privacy regulations by not sharing protected health information. �However, for instance, sharing your screen name and number of steps walked is not protected information and this information will be shared as part of the program. For more information please refer to our Privacy Policy.

I’ve lost my Inspire. How do I get a new one?
It happens.� Lost or damaged Inspire Activity Trackers can be replaced by emailing support@Lifebux.com. �A replacement cost of $55.00 will apply, for all lost or damaged Inspire Activity Trackers.

2. Contact e-mail support using the form at http://support.walkingspree.com to troubleshoot your Inspire. You will need to enter your user name and password to access the page.
